My food was ready as soon as I arrived. I was greeted at the door by the hostess, and my service was prompt and courteous. My rolls were very good! I will go back.

If the choice is between sashimi OR sushi the menu should prompt the choice before the customer comes to pick up the order and has to wait for the take out order, placed 30 minutes in advance, to be made. Perhaps indicate that the customer should make their choice known in the Special Instructions box?

As always...prompt, decent price, TASTY as heck. I keep eating here because it is easy to put in the order on the way home from work and have it ready to go when I get there. I've taken friends there for sashimi & sushi and they all loved it, especially the lunch specials.

Excellent as usual. Put special requests in on the order? No problem. Substitutions? Sure. I've never once had a problem at Umi, they nail it every single time.

They grabbed my order customization correctly from the notes, the meal was cooked to perfection, and the sushi was fresh & snappy as usual. It's why I keep going back! Food value, especially on lunch specials, is fantastic.
